All of Eric's work features joinery reminiscent of Japanese temples, old barns or perhaps old Scandinavian furniture or homes. Sometimes detail is for interest or decoration, but usually for function and strength. All of his construction creates a look of quiet, correct, line and rhythm following carefully orchestrated rules of woodworking.
